Your stay includes a choice of single or double occupancy in a well-appointed and peaceful Riverside Suite or Cabin. You will delight, and certainly not go hungry, with delicious meals served in the historic Lodge: Sunday dinner, M-W breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and Thursday breakfast. Besides a warm welcome from the ranch family and wranglers, other western hospitality includes raising a glass in the John Wayne Saloon, relaxing in the riverside hot-tub, and taking in the spectacular scenery around the ranch.
While at the ranch, Jayme welcomes one-on-one time to saddle up with you to make strides on your writing goals -- manuscript development, marketing, and/or publishing –while cheering you on to write that book!
How to Get a “Room with a View”
1. Cost: Single Occupancy: $1,698.00 (includes service fee & tax) Double Occupancy: $1145.00 (includes service fee & tax)
2. Pre-Register at www.jaymehmansfield.com/contact Please provide your name, email, and phone so Jayme can reach out and learn a bit about you and your writing life.
3. Call the Vee Bar to submit your non-refundable deposit (30% of total fee - $509.27 per person for single occupancy/ $343.50 per person for double occupancy). The deposit is due upon registration to hold your spot. The Vee Bar will provide you with deposit payment options. The balance of the ranch fee is due upon checkout (accepts all major credit cards, checks, or cash).
4. A limited number of Riverside Suites and Cabins are reserved for this event, so book soon!
5. Check-in is 3:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. Please let Jayme know if you will be flying into the Laramie Airport (only 15 minutes from the ranch).
Cancellation Policy: Your deposit is non-refundable. If your reservation is canceled less than 30 days in advance, a cancellation fee equal to your deposit plus an additional 40% of your reservation is due. If members of your family/group cancel less than 30 days in advance, there will be a cancellation fee equal to their deposit plus an additional 40% of their portion of the reservation, even when the cabin is still reserved by some of your members. The final balance will be collected upon departure from the ranch. However, once checked-in, you are obligated to pay for the full amount of your stay, even if you must leave early for any type of emergency
