My Own Christmas Miracle

The perennial Christmas classic, Miracle on 34th Street, has tugged at hearts since its release way back in 1947. This Christmas season, I found my own miracle. It was far away from the movie's New York City setting. Instead, it happened in the heart of Denver, downtown on a snow struck eve-- Miracle on Larimer Street.

The miracle was simple, composed of three -- a snow-covered angel, lights, and love--gentle reminders of what Christmas really means.

A delicious French meal at Bistro Vendome and a romantic stroll with my husband under Larimer Street's lit canopy made a wonderful winter outing. The chance to capture the snow and light in still and peaceful places was a perfect reminder of the true miracle of Christmas--the hope, joy, and love of Christ.

Merry Christmas and abundant blessings to you!
